Is Mainstreet REALTORS® more expensive?
No. When you add all the extra costs other associations charge for continuing education and events that we include in your membership, you'll find that Mainstreet's REALTOR® membership fee is actually less expensive per month than many other real estate associations around us. How does the free trial work?
We think you should get to know us before committing for a full year of membership. Our trial membership allows individuals to join Mainstreet as association-only members, who can experience the benefits of our organization for 30 days. If you like what you see, you can join for real.
Why does Mainstreet offer a Forms+ Subscription?
In 2024, the Mainstreet REALTORS® board determined that the best way to ensure that our forms would always be accurate, timely and the best they could be would be enable individuals to subscribe to them. That means that the forms are still available to you digitally via DocuSign®, DotLoop® and TransactionDesk®, but you must subscribe separately in order to populate those applications with the full suite of Mainstreet forms.

The Mainstreet Board decided to secure the forms, so that they would always be accurate, traceable and compliant with the latest real estate law to protect everyone involved in the transaction.
Can I get Mainstreet's forms for free from my association?
No. Mainstreet's forms are only available through the Forms+ Subscription.
Do I have to be a REALTOR® member of Mainstreet to use your forms?
No! You can subscribe to our Forms+ plan and use our full suite of forms via DocuSign, TransactionDesk® or DotLoop® within MRED. That said, you need to be a member of an assocation that is part of MRED, and an active participant in MRED.
What else does Mainstreet do for its members?
It almost goes without saying (but we're saying it anyway for the record) that we also fight like crazy to preserve your right to buy, sell and rent real estate, and your clients' right to own it without being burdened by crazy taxes and silly regulations. Other associations call this advocacy. We call it common sense.
