REALTOR® managing brokers and non-REALTOR® real estate attorneys throughout Mainstreet’s jurisdiction, this committee creates and revises all Mainstreet contracts and forms and is responsible for updating members on the Code of Ethics, Illinois Real Estate License Act and state and federal real estate case law. Also responsible for developing and hosting Law Day.
