Connect+ Secondary Subscription is a professional-grade Mainstreet subscription for licensed professionals who operate outside the REALTOR® framework and already subscribe through another association. Forms, education, member services and the backing of Chicagoland’s largest local association — without paying for a full subscription twice.

For non-REALTOR® professionals who already have a subscription elsewhere.
You’re a licensed professional operating under an independent or evolving brokerage model and you already hold a Connect+-style subscription through another association. Connect+ Secondary Subscription gives you Mainstreet’s forms, education and member services on top of that — the local infrastructure that keeps your day-to-day business running, at a secondary rate.
It’s also built for split offices: your Managing Broker carries the full Connect+ Subscription and additional licensees in the office join as Connect+ Secondary Subscribers.
Same platform. One honest difference.
Connect+ Secondary Subscription comes with the Connect+ business platform — full Mainstreet forms-library access, education, member services, networking and professional standards through the Mainstreet Code of Conduct. It does not include Forewarn®, the personal-safety and identity-verification tool that is included with the full Connect+ Subscription. That’s the one real difference, and we’d rather say it here than let you find out later. If safety verification matters to how you show property, the full Connect+ Subscription is the better fit.
Enhanced REALTOR® membership with Mainstreet REALTORS® remains the gold standard and Connect+ Secondary Subscription doesn’t change that. It exists so your office’s structure never costs you the professional foundation you need locally.
